From user registration to the complete Account Dashboard — illustrated version

1. User Registration & Login Interface

Users can register and log in through the website entry points. After successful registration, they can access their personal Account Dashboard.

2. Account Dashboard Overall Layout

After logging in, users enter the Account Dashboard homepage. The left side contains the navigation menu, and the right side displays 

the content area. 

The overall layout is clean and designed for quick access to all features.

3. Become A Designer

This page allows regular users to apply to become a designer. It is only available to User accounts. Accounts that have already become 

designers will not see this entry.

Application Process:

• User enters Account Dashboard → Become A Designer page

• User submits the application to become a designer

• The application is reviewed by our team

• Once approved, the User account is officially converted into a Designer account

 4. Designer Shop

The Designer Shop page displays a designer’s personal shop information and their design products.

Designers can access their own shop via Account Dashboard → View My Shop and manage/edit the shop page.

After entering their shop, designers can click “Edit Your Shop” to customize and manage the shop content, including:

• Shop display information

• Shop visual appearance

• Other configurable shop content

5. Dashboard Interface

This is the homepage (starting page) of the user’s Account Dashboard. It provides an account overview and quick access links to 

different functional pages.

Quick Access

The homepage offers the following quick access entries. Clicking any of them will redirect the user to the corresponding page:

• Awaiting Payment → My Orders

• Awaiting Shipping → My Orders

• Completed → My Orders

• Awaiting Review → My Reviews

• Earnings → Earnings page

• Active Coupons → My Coupons page

• My Favorite → My Favorites page

In addition, the page also displays:

• You May Also Like: Recommended products from the company

• Recently Viewed: User’s browsing history

6. Earnings Interface

The Earnings page displays the user’s various income sources and account balance information.

Key Metrics

• Total Earnings: Cumulative total income of the user

• Design Royalties: Cumulative design royalty income earned from sales of design works

• Design Royalties Bonus: Monthly additional design royalty bonus based on eligible sales performance of the month

• Referral Earnings: Cumulative referral commission income earned by inviting new users who complete orders

• Pending Balance: Current amount pending release (may change due to order cancellations, refunds, etc.; final amount depends on actual order status)

• Available Balance: Current available account balance that can be used for on-site purchases or withdrawn by clicking Request Payout (minimum 

  withdrawal amount: $50.00)

• Withdraw Paid: Total amount already withdrawn by the user

Functional Entries

• Sale Analytics: Redirects to the Analytics page for detailed income analysis and sales performance

• Referral: Redirects to the Analytics page where users can copy their referral link

• Design Royalty Bonus Tiers: Displays the monthly design royalty bonus tier rules

7. Analytics Interface

The Account Dashboard Analytics page is linked to the Earnings page and helps users further analyze income-related data. It consists of two main 

modules:

7.1 Referral Analytics

Displays commission data earned by inviting new users who register and make purchases.

Referral Process:

• User shares their unique referral link

• New user registers via the referral link

Commission Rules:

• New user completes an order

• Referrer receives the corresponding referral commission

• Referral commissions can be earned continuously

The interface supports viewing referral commissions by date range.

7.2 Design Sales Analytics

Helps designers review the sales performance of their design works and the corresponding royalty income. Users can view:

• Sales performance of design works

• Corresponding royalty income

• Income trend over time

8. My Orders Interface

Users can access My Orders via Quick Access or the left-side menu to view orders in different statuses (Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Shipping, Completed, 

Awaiting Review, etc.).

9. My Reviews

This section manages review records after users purchase products. It allows users to view products pending review and completed reviews.

After purchasing a product and completing receipt, users can leave a review for the specific product in the corresponding order.

Pending Reviews

Shows products that the user has purchased and received but has not yet reviewed. Reviews are bound to the specific product within a specific order:

• Users can only review products they have actually purchased

• Products that have not been purchased cannot be reviewed

• The review entry is linked to the corresponding order and product

Two ways to leave a review:

1. Account Dashboard → My Reviews → Pending Reviews → find the corresponding order and product and submit the review

2. Go to the product detail page. The system will verify whether the user has purchased the product before allowing a review

Review Rules:

• After submitting a review, the record moves from Pending Reviews to the Reviewed page

• Once a review is submitted for a specific product in a specific order, it cannot be modified

10. My Favorites

Displays the user’s list of favorite products (Wishlist).

11. Followed Creators

Shows the list of designers the user is following. Clicking on a designer will redirect to their shop (View Shop).

12. My Coupons

Displays the user’s coupon information so they can view and manage the coupons they have received.

Suggested optimization for coupon status:

Currently the page uses the status “Already Received” for claimed coupons. It is recommended to split this into two independent statuses in 

the future:

• Available: Coupons that the user has claimed, are still valid, and have not yet been used

• Used: Coupons that the user has already used

13. Manage Address Book

Users can manage their shipping address information here — add, edit, or delete addresses.

14. Account Settings

Users can modify their account information here (personal details, password, etc.).
