How to Become a Prinstitch Designer
Create an Account
Go to the top-right corner, click the user icon, and register as a regular user. Ignore if already a user.
Submit Your Designer Application
After logging in, click “Become a Designer” in the left menu, and submit your application.
Review, Discussion & Agreement
We contact you, discuss terms, verify your info, and sign the agreement.
Get Designer Access & Send Designs
We unlock the Designer module. Edit your profile and send designs via email or file transfer tools.
We List & Produce — You Earn
Edit your designer profile, view your shop, and update shop information at any time after access is granted.

Design Royalties
Turn your original designs into products and earn royalties when they generate sales. Your design earnings are built around two parts: fixed sales royalties and monthly tiered bonuses.
- Fixed Sales Royalty — Earn a fixed percentage of the sales value on every order of products featuring your patterns.
- Monthly Tiered Bonuses — Reach higher monthly qualified sales tiers to unlock additional bonus rates and increase your monthly royalty earnings.
- Build Your Design Portfolio — Keep adding original patterns to create a growing collection of products with ongoing sales opportunities.
- Earn as Your Designs Sell — Your royalty earnings are connected to the sales generated by your pattern products, allowing your designs to continue creating earning opportunities over time.
Your design sales and related royalty earnings can be viewed through Design Sales Analytics in your Account Dashboard.

Design royalties are at the heart of the Prinstitch Designer Program, but designers can also earn additional rewards by introducing new designers and customers to Prinstitch.
- Designer Referrals — Invite other designers to join Prinstitch. When a referred designer joins and completes a valid pattern upload, you’ll receive a coupon to use on the platform.
- Customer Referrals — Share your referral link with customers and earn referral commissions when they place orders through your link.
- Keep Growing Your Network — Your designer profile, original designs, and referral activities can create additional opportunities to earn beyond your design royalties.
Your referral activity and related earnings can be tracked through the Referral Analytics section of your Account Dashboard.

Keep your design sales and earnings visible from your Account Dashboard. Prinstitch provides dedicated tools to help you understand how your designs are performing and track the income generated through the platform.
- Earnings Overview — View your Total Earnings, Design Royalties, Design Royalties Bonus, Referral Earnings, Pending Balance, and Available Balance in one place.
- Design Sales Analytics — Review the sales generated by your pattern products, the corresponding royalty earnings, and changes in your sales performance over time.
- Referral Analytics — Track referral activity and the commissions generated through your referral links.
- Royalty Bonus Tiers — View the monthly Design Royalty Bonus tiers and understand how qualified sales contribute to your bonus earnings.
